Hoeveel bedragen de verzendingskosten?

De verzendingskosten zijn steeds inclusief frankering, juwelendoosje en track & trace code:

België: 6 euro (thuisbezorging) of 4 euro (bpost afhaalpunt)
Nederland en Duitsland: 9 euro
Rest Europa: vanaf 13 euro (enkel op aanvraag)

Bestellingen worden steeds met een track & trace code verzonden. Je ontvangt de code via e-mail zodra je juweel verzonden is. Uiteraard zijn deze kosten slechts éénmalig per bestelling te betalen. Wil je één of meerdere juwelen uit je bestelling terugsturen? Dan sta je zelf in voor de verzendkosten van hetgeen je wilt terugsturen.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs always include postage, a jewelry box and track & trace code:

Belgium: 6 euros (home delivery) or 4 euros (Bpost collection point)
The Netherlands and Germany: 9 euros
Rest of Europe: from 13 euros (only on request)

Orders are always sent with a track & trace code. You will receive the code via email as soon as your jewelry has been dispatched. Of course, these costs are only paid once per order. If you want to return one or more items of jewelry from your order, then you are responsible for the shipping costs of the jewelry you want to return.
